Individual Therapy

I provide professional and confidential individual therapy sessions designed to help people self-reflect, grow, and heal. As a relational thinker, I believe that several factors impact the manner in which we show up in various spaces.

 

My goal is to assist you in being able to show up as a healthier you. This includes creating healthier boundaries with others, being able to communicate how you feel effectively, being able to speak your mind, and build deeper trust in your relationships.

 

Although it may seem simple, building a  healthier relationship with yourself and others requires time and effort. My ask is that you show up, be honest within the therapy process, and practice and reflect on skills in between sessions. This is when the change will begin.
